Andreas Vladimirou is appointed as Director, Member of the Board of Directors
Andreas Vladimirou is appointed as Director, in the Payroll and Accounting and Financial Reporting Services departments.
Andreas Vladimirou joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in June 2008 and is a member of the Board of Management since 2017. With over 15 years of professional experience in the financial reporting and accounting services field, he is one of the industry leaders in the financial services and fintech sectors operating in Cyprus as well as to a wide spectrum of clientele operating internationally. He advises clients on the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) in engagements related to regulatory environment and landscape operating entities supervised and regulated by CySEC, FCA, FSA Seychelles, IFSC Belize, MFSA and Estonian (FIU). Andreas led several financial due diligences for mergers and acquisitions purposes as well as special investigation projects. He focuses in helping clients to improve the quality of their strategic and operational decision making and improve performance through a wide range of analytical techniques within compliant procedures and processes. Andreas Vladimirou acquired throughout the years an in-depth knowledge on TAX, VAT and International Financial Reporting Standards through his hands-on approach and engagement in projects including processes for the Safekeeping of Clients’ Funds. Currently he leads the Financial Reporting and Accounting and Payroll departments and is responsible for the direction, supervision, and performance of the departments.
He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Alexis Dalitis is appointed as Director, Member of the Board of Directors
Alexis Dalitis is appointed as Director in the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department.
Alexis Dalitis joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in August 2010 and is a member of the Board of Management since 2017. He is regarded as the most experienced consultants in the financial services sector in Cyprus, specializing in advising and structuring local and international regulated entities, in the financial and other sectors. He has extended experience in Authorizations and Regulatory requirements for all kind of regulated businesses in the financial sector, within the European Union and third countries with accumulated wide knowledge of the financial institutions practices and their regulatory needs. He has long experience on performing due diligence and advising investors with regards to the regulatory and financial aspects of the acquisition, as well as the operating needs of the targeted financial institutions. Alexis Dalitis experience and knowledge extends to the excellent command of the International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as to the AML procedures and practices that the financial and other entities need to follow.
Currently he leads the regulatory applications and reporting section of the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Linos Zambas is appointed as Director, Member of the Board of Directors
Linos Zambas is appointed as Director in the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department.
Linos Zambas joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd as an Assistant Manager in May 2015 and is a member of the Board of Management since 2017. He has more than 13 years of experience in consulting, audit, and assurance services. He has accumulated his professional experience through provision of consulting, tax, and accounting services to large multi global groups, as well as large private and listed entities in the Cyprus and London Stock Exchange. He has extensive knowledge and specializes on consulting services including Internal Audit, Risk Management and Corporate Finance, provided to regulated entities such as investment firms, electronic money institutions and payment institutions. He has extended experience in working with regulators across the globe such as CySEC, CBC, MFSA, FCA, FSA Seychelles, IFSC Belize, CIMA and ASIC.
Currently he leads the Internal Audit, Risk Management and Corporate Finance sections of the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department.
Linos Zambas holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of ICPAC, a member of the CFA Institute, a member of the CFA Society Cyprus, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) of Cyprus and he is serving as a member the Financial Services Committee of ICPAC.
Chara Acheriotou is appointed as Senior Manager, Member of the Board of Management
Chara Acheriotou is appointed Senior Manager in the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department of the Firm.
Chara Acheriotou joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in 2014 and has developed in an expert advisor in relation to authorization procedures and business processes for regulated firms such as Investment Firms, Financial Services Firms. Electronic Money Institutions, Gaming companies, and Gambling companies. Through her knowledge and capability in providing applied advice she offers to clients in the regulated sectors the solutions for achieving the optimal structure in satisfying regulator’s requirements and applying for a license and/or authorization to operate as Investment Firms, Investment Funds, Payment and Electronic Money Institutions, Gaming, Corporate / Administration Service Providers, Financial Institutions both within EU and non-EU. In addition, she is specializing in providing consultancy concerning post license requirements, ensuring compliance with the regulatory needs as well as providing advisory services concerning the regulatory and financial aspect for acquisition / merger of investment and financial services firms.
Chara Acheriotou holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Essex and an MSc in Finance and Banking from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM).
Christina Panayiotou is appointed as Senior Manager, Member of the Board of Management
Christina Panayiotou is appointed Senior Manager in the International Compliance and Advisory Services department.
Christina Panayiotou joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in 2014 in the International Compliance and Advisory Services department and have developed within our Firm.
Christina has specialized experience in regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance within the financial services industry. She has substantial knowledge of the operational and regulatory requirements as well as the legislation which governs the operations of investment firms, alternative investment funds and alternative investment fund managers, Electronic Money Institutions and Payment Institutions. Throughout her experience, she is supervising the compliance function of financial institutions and the provision of compliance and anti-money laundering compliance consulting services in relation to compliance and regulatory matters.
Christina Panayiotou holds a BSc in Public Administration and Business Administration and a MSc in Finance. She is also a holder of the Advanced and AML certifications of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
Georgios Strati is appointed as Senior Manager, Member of the Board of Management
Georgios Strati is appointed Senior Manager in the Audit department.
Georgios Strati joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in 2013 with the audit and assurance services department providing services to both local and international companies, public and private, operating in various industries and sectors. These include the industrial and service sector, technology, information, communications, gaming and entertainment and the financial services sector including banking institutions regulated by CBC, Investment Funds and Cyprus Investment Firms regulated by CySEC. In addition, he has an in-depth knowledge and experience with Cyprus Income tax Legislation. He has thorough knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards, International Standards on Auditing and understanding of the financial services regulatory framework. He has the benefit and the awareness of various taxation matters which enables him to provide to our clients the awareness of taxation compliance.
Georgios Strati holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) as he holds the Advanced Diploma in International Tax (ADIT).
Marios Eleftheriades is appointed as Senior Manager, Member of the Board of Management
Marios Eleftheriades is appointed Senior Manager in the Tax department specializing in VAT services.
Marios Eleftheriades, joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in 2006 and has more than 17 years of professional experience in the financial reporting, accounting, and Indirect Taxation services, becoming a specialist in Value Added Tax (VAT) matters.
During his 17 years career with our Firm, Marios has accumulated a broad knowledge deriving into an expert with regards to the Cypriot and EU VAT legislation. Marios Eleftheriades specializes in providing VAT advisory and VAT compliance services to a wide range of industries, through the applied understanding of the business of the clients. He has an understanding of the application of VAT related matters within various industries and specialized industry sectors which include the industrial and service sector, the financial services, technology, media advertising and promotion, information technology, gaming, entertainment, and construction industry.
Marios Eleftheriades has set as a target to establish the VAT department of our Firm within the leading VAT advisory teams of Cyprus.

Stelios Yiannaki is appointed Senior Manager in the International Compliance and Advisory Services Department of the Firm.
Stelios Yiannaki joined K. Treppides & Co Ltd in 2017 and has more than 7 years of experience in providing assurance services, valuation and evaluation of business services, and applied risk management consulting services to both local and international companies, operating in various industries and specializing in the financial services and technology sectors. He has experience with industrial, agriculture, real estate, technology, gaming and entertainment and the financial services sector including Cyprus Investment Firms regulated by CySEC and Electronic Money Institutions regulated by Central Bank of Cyprus and the Financial Conduct Authority of the UK. In addition, he has considerable knowledge and practical experience on the Corporate Valuation Methodologies, Financial Due Diligence and Risk Management. He has thorough knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards, International Standards on Auditing, International Accounting Standards, International Valuation Standards, and the risk regulatory requirements of Cyprus Investment Firms.
Stelios Yiannaki holds a BSc (Hons) in Public and Business Administration from the University of Cyprus. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA).
