The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the ‘CySEC’) wishes to inform the regulated entities that the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a press release on June 25, 2021, relating to the registration under the Securitisation Regulation in respect of the following two SRs for the European Union (EU) with effect from 30 June 2021:
i. European DataWarehouse GmbH, based in Germany; and
ii. SecRep B.V., based in the Netherlands.
