Marios Cosma is the Managing Partner and member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2005.

He served as a member of the Technical Experts Committee of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) and a member of the International Business, Shipping and Foreign Investments Committee of ICPAC. He has served for several years as a President and Vice President of the Financial Services Committee of ICPAC. He is a practicing member of ICPAC and of ICAEW.

Marios Cosma holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management and an MA in Human Resource Management. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).
