K. Treppides & Co Ltd, the largest independent consulting firm in Cyprus, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Helen Papatheocharous as a Director of the Company, with effect as of 1st of March 2016.
Ms. Helen Papatheocharous holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and member of the ICPAC.
Ms. Helen Papatheocharous has more than 15 years of international experience in the auditing and assurance field having worked in Zimbabwe, Bahrain and Cyprus. Over the years she has specialized in the financial services industry, especially in Cyprus and Bahrain, focusing in the banking, insurance and investment sectors. She has extensive knowledge and technical expertise on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS’s) and International Standards of Auditing (ISA’s).
