We would like to inform you that the implementation date of Statutory Instrument ("S.I.") No. 10 "International Financial Services Commission, 2016 and S.I. No. 11 "International Business Companies Regulations, 2016" of Belize has been moved from the 1st of April 2016 to the 1st of July 2016.

In this respect, please be advised that S.I. No. 10 relates to the application fees, annual fees and capital requirements imposed by the Belize International Financial Services Commission ("IFSC") for all new and existing IFSC licensed entities, while S.I. No. 11relates to the various fees of the International Business Companies in Belize.
