The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") issued Circular 126 regarding the transposition of Directive 2014/59/EU ("BRRD") of the European Parliament and of the Council into our national legislation. The BRRD is responsible for establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.
