The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the ‘CySEC’) wishes to inform the regulated entities that is amending CySEC’s Circular C418 ‘Enhancement of procedures regarding safeguarding of client funds held by CIFs’ by deleting paragraph 10.
